Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Jewelry: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Please include “Return/Exchange Request” in the subject line.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your request is approved.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
