Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.
Shipping Regions
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia. Please check our website for more details on shipping restrictions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:
- Jewelry: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Please include “Return/Exchange Request” in the subject line.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your request is approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
